Our History

Sharing a love for the local community and a passion for real estate, our Principals Harry Psaradellis and Cleo Roulis joined forces in 1998 with a common vision in mind. They aspired to build an agency which really reflected the Inner West area and its eclectic variety of characters, with the flexibility to adapt as the area grows and changes.

From humble beginnings, the pair grew the business to include offices in Annandale, Newtown and Stanmore, making us the largest network in the Inner West with the ability to deliver expert local services to a larger community. Our agency has now become an integral part of the local landscape with an extensive network of loyal clients.

We're now a comprehensive agency covering the full spectrum of real estate and related services, from residential and commercial sales, leasing and property management to project marketing and finance.
