Self-motivated with over 10 years of residential sales experience in the Inner West and surrounding areas and with energy and enthusiasm to burn, he exudes confidence yet remains refreshingly humble. Nick grew up in the Inner West attending Stanmore Public School and completing his high school years at the selective Fort Street High School in Petersham before going on to achieve Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Engineering degrees at Sydney University so he has benefitted from an excellent education. He can speak Greek fluently and has an affinity for other languages and people from diverse cultures as he has travelled extensively throughout Asia, Europe, North and South America.
Nick has also achieved tremendous success in his working life, as an engineer and later with Foxtel where he achieved over 4,200 direct sales for Foxtel in just over 4.5 years which is more than anyone in the history of the company at the time. In 1999, 2000 and 2001 he was the No.1 Foxtel salesperson in Australia.
Nick has transferred that Foxtel success to real estate achieving consistently high prices and record results over a decade for his valued clients in the Inner West and surrounding areas to reach the elite agency level of the Top 10% of salespeople in Australasia. Even in difficult market conditions Nick has achieved great sales results due to his strong negotiation skills. He derives great pleasure from seeing the smiles on his clients’ faces when their homes sell for more than they expected. Nick is happy when his clients are happy. He believes that “actions speak louder than words” and rather than talk about his success, Nick prefers to deliver!
