Cleo Roulis
Director
Cleo Roulis entered Real Estate in 1992 after a change in careers. He previously worked in the Accounting and Legal sector for four years and has completed his Accounting Certificate. He has also completed his Diploma in Real Estate that has enabled him to obtain his Real Estate License.
All of his working years in Real Estate have been in the Newtown area. He started off in Property Management, then moved into Sales and is now one of the Principles of Ray White Newtown. As you can see he has worked in all aspects of Real Estate.
He grew up in the Inner-West area and still resides here. He attended the local schools and has witnessed all of the great changes in the area. Newtown has gone from being a working class area in the 1970’s and 1980’s, to the trendy and hip area that it is now. Even some parts of Camperdown, Erskineville and Alexandria are almost unrecognisable today. Factories are now gone, replaced by new apartments. King Street is now the food and coffee capital of Sydney.
Cleo is passionate about his work and has an extensive knowledge of the area and it’s growing demands.
